Is it possible to deliver the furniture?

Yes, our own transport service ensures that your order will safely reach it's destination under certain conditions.

Can i pick up my order?

That is possible. The furniture is well packed so that makes it easy to transport. Dimensions are available on request.

Do i need to assemble the furniture?

There is little or no assembly required.
If that is the case, there will always be a plan and the necessary fixings included.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer and with the following payment cards: Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Visa, MasterCard.

What kind of warranty can you give?

We give lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the construction caused by faulty parts or labor.
However, this warranty is invalid if modifications or repairs are done in any way by the consumer or anyone other than the manufacturer. Abuse, neglect or improper assembly of the furniture also take care of voiding the warranty.

How are the beds from the ground up?

It starts with a cedar frame and there will be placed a box spring and mattress on top.
Our Queen & King size beds have two separate box springs and your choice of 1 large or 2 separate mattresses.
For a box spring upholstery you can choose between fabric or leather.
Finally, there is the hardness of the mattresses including: Soft, Medium & Hard.

The dimensions of the beds are not standard?

These are made within the American standards so it's a bit different then European standards. But nothing to be worried about. Our bed frames are made to use with the combination box spring/mattress.
We offer these as a package so you don't have to look for a producer of foreign sizes.
The dimensions of the European bedding are perfect to use on our mattresses.

Do you manufacture the furniture?

No, because of a good cooperation with the largest manufacturer of Log furniture in America we can offer these beautiful rustic furniture at the best prices on the European market.

Have you got everything in stock?

No, unfortunately not.
There is always a piece of furniture in stock in the choice your style to give an example.

What are the terms of the delivery?

If we have your order in stock it's available immediately.
However, if it's not in stock there will be placed an order at our supplier in America and we will do our very best to deliver the furniture within the agreed term.
We can only give an estimated delivery time when an order is placed because it depends on the production and transport to Belgium.

An advance is required when placing an order?

When placing an order we require a 30% deposit.
The remaining amount must be paid at pick up or delivery of the furniture.

Why is viewing by appointment only?

We ask all our customers to make an appointment before visiting us.
This gives us the opportunity to help every customer in a correct manner and to provide the necessary information personally.

Do you have selling outlets?

We sell our furniture directly from our warehouse.
You can view our collection by appointment or here on our website.
We currently have one sales outlet in Northern Limburg.
